College Student??? or maybe someone who like a cheap meal??? Well I got something for you. We call it "Welfare Dinner". Although, it can be used just as well for breakfast, 2nd breakfast, elevenses, luncheon, afternoon tea, or supper...</span><br /><div><span class="Apple-style-span" style="color: lime;"><br /></span></div><div><span class="Apple-style-span" style="color: lime;">So you may be asking what it is and why its called "Welfare Dinner"??? Well its basically a version of Fried rice made with breakfast sausage. Ha... there we go... now I got you attention don't I??? Who doesn't enjoy a good fried rice. </span></div><div><span class="Apple-style-span" style="color: lime;"><br /></span></div><div><span class="Apple-style-span" style="color: lime;">We call it "Welfare Dinner" because it basically takes roughly $5 to make. Remove the sausage from the skillet and cut up into smaller bite size pieces. Now listen up.... this is very very importante!!! Do not... I repeat DO NOT throw the grease from the sausage away.... thats right dudes!!!! We're gonna use all that fatty greasy goodness!!!!</span></div><div><span class="Apple-style-span" style="color: lime;"><br /></span></div><div><span class="Apple-style-span" style="color: lime;">Add the rice to the skillet and and begin to mix with the sausage grease.
